The tour will run other days with a group of 8 or more. Guided tour by bus and canoe from Pompeys Pillar down the Yellowstone River for 14 miles. This route will take you to Clark’s campsite of July 25, 1806. During the canoe ride you will see cliffs composed of sandstone and shale of upper Cretaceous Hell Creek formation.
