Detente is a French word that defines relaxation, a release from tension, and good relations. This is the genesis of our vision. The restaurant is intimate in scale and has three focuses. The main dining room for fine dining features contemporary American fare with French and Italian influences. The summer outdoor terrace is perfect for a quiet dinner by candlelight. Our gorgeous soapstone bar and lounge offers a small menu of sophisticated tapas in addition to the full menu, and a wonderful wine list featuring a variety of wines from around the world. We offer great wines at all price ranges, and have gone out of our way to find the hidden gems that are excellent values.
