After the first year we were in several times and mentioned to the front office staff, that the trade rolled over to a new year, and have Doc Richardson get ahold of us if he didn't want to continue. We picked up dog food, we thought in trade,in december, 2006. Despite that we had not been paid, or recieved trade-out for the new year in advance, they turned our bill over to collection. I called in August to have Max checked out. I was at my attorney's who could hear the conversation. The woman informed me that Max could not be seen and that I had not paid my bill. I told this woman I had a trade-out. I suggested the webpage was getting pretty good traffic. She called me a liar. She said she couldn't find it on Google. I told her she was stupid and rude. It went south from there. When I showed up at the clinic with an invoice for $400, I was met with rudeness at the front desk. One dipshit with room temperature IQ said, "we don't give a shit about your website." I pointed out that the web page I built theM was google #1 on "Blue Mountain veterinary" and "blue mountain veterinary hospital." I told them they were in the google top 10 on the search term "missoula veterinarian". I spoke to Dr. Richardson and presented him my bill. He told me he would pay it when I presented him the signed contract. He also told me to sue him. We thought this guy was honest. That his handshake was his bond. This guy is seriously lacking in the personal ethics and business ethics department. Plus, he is pretty stupid to be an underhanded, double-dealing jerk to some who owns the web page which is google #1 on the name of his business. We might just sue him for breech of oral contract and for not paying us our hard earned money.........or treating Mister Max. In this regard: Demand is hereby tendered for compensatory damages in the amount of $50,000 for the following causes of action: 1. breech of oral contract; 2. defamation. 3. False Light Invasion of privacy; 4. Willful infliction of emotional distress; 5. Fraud. Hey you jerk, Doctor Richardson. We are going to sue you.
