Mark’s is open from 11:00am to 10:00pm serving a 50’s-style menu of burgers, fries, foot-long hot dogs and chili dogs. We use only local beef, ground and made fresh daily. All of our burgers are cooked and dressed to your desire. You can wash it all down with a cool milkshake or malt made from Livingston’s own Wilcoxson’s Ice Cream, or enjoy an ice cream or sundae in the shady 5-acre picnic area.
