Colonial Motor Inn in nestled beside the Necanicum River in Seaside and is a short walk to the sandy beach, restaurants, downtown shopping, factory outlet stores, movie theaters, convention center, small grocery store, laundromat, and bicycle rentals.
You are invited to sit and relax in our gazebo overlooking the river and enjoy the many species of birds including mallard ducks, blue heron, and gulls. Watch closely and see the salmon jumping, heading up stream.
Vacationers will enjoy bicycle and surrey rentals located at the Bike Shop right across the street. We are located adjacent to the 12th Avenue bridge so bring your fishing poles and crab nets. We have tennis courts and 3 public golf courses less than 10 minutes away, plus we are close to picnic areas and to lakes for fishing. the movie theaters, just a short walk away, show first-run movies.
For the business traveler, we offer free photocopy, fax services and direct dial telephones with free local calls. For all of our customers, we offer free continental breakfast and 24hrs coffee. In addition, if you want to check your e-mail, you just come in office. The service is FREE.

From Portland (East) :
Take Hwy 26, past Beaverton toward the Oregon coast. As you near the coast, the highway will divide. Take Hwy 101 north towards Seaside. You will pass thru town. At the outlet Mall you will turn left onto 12th Ave. Go one block and at the stop sign. Turn left on Holladay Drive.
From Longview (North) :
Across the bridge to Oregon and take Hwy 30 towards Astoria. There follow Hwy 101 south towards Seaside. Turn right at the outlet Mall onto 12th Ave. Go one block and turn left at the stop sign onto Holladay Drive.
