They represent more than 700 members throughout Montana ranging from retired business people to large corporations, from high-tech manufacturers to multi-generational ranches. The Montana Chamber of Commerce deals with issues on many different levels. From taxation to environmental regulation, from employer issues to workers compensation. There are over 30 directors that are active in the operation of the organization. Working on economic education, economic development, and community stability, the former Montana Business Week is now called the Montana High School Business Challenge. It is designed to bring economics education to as many Montana high schools as possible. Each year they hold the Montana Chamber and Governors' Cup golf tournament which brings top level executives to Montana so they can see all that is offered for business here.
