BigSkyMontana.us Description: Cut Bank’s Winter Festival and Street of 10,000 lights is the official day to kick off the Cut Bank holiday season. It begins in the morning with a carnival for kids of all ages. There is entertainment and games to keep the children occupied all day long. This is held in conjunction with the Women of Today’s Annual Christmas Bazaar that is held in the Cut Bank High School Gym. It gives the parents a chance to shop the bazaar at their leisure while leaving their children entertained and in a safe environment. The bazaar includes holiday crafts and food made by local and Montana artisans, and is one of the largest held along the Hi-Line communities.The evening is capped off with a holiday-themed parade down Main Street. The holiday street lighting along Main Street is turned on as the parade progresses. The combination of lights on the floats, lights on the street, and seasonal music puts everyone in their best holiday spirits.The finale is at the Glacier County Courthouse, where the main switch is turned on and the lights on the courthouse and grounds are lit all in one glorious moment.Plan to join us for this year’s festivities.
