Circus Flora was formed in 1985 as a nonprofit theater company specializing in a one-ring European circus. In our intimate red and white “big top,” no audience member is more than 40 feet from the ring. Spectators gasp in delight as people walk on wires of steel, juggle innumerable objects, dance on the backs of galloping horses and fly through the air. Original live music and a story line serve as a framework for the acts, bringing animals and people together in a celebration of life.
